Before meeting Rachell to design my website I had two other firms design a site for my small business. After years and thousands of dollars spent I started to realize that both never seemed to grasp the vision I had for my site. That along with a lengthy design process added to my frustration and made my overall web design experience difficult. But Rachell understood exactly what my vision was and made what seemed to be a complex process actually quick and easy! My website now looks EXACTLY the way I would like it to and we have more traffic and calls from it then before. Rachell also does not disappear once the site is done and the bill is paid, she still is easily reachable and answers any questions I have or helps with changes I'd like to make. My only regret is that she didn't design it from day one!
