Fruitful Home Staging

My experience working with this company was not good. I hired the Burnette Agency for social media management back in August and did not receive any of the prepaid agreed upon marketing output within the 1st 45 days of signing with them. After receiving subpar photography work along with missed deadlines and communication issues, I decided to end the service agreement because my confidence in their ability to deliver what was agreed on the contract was no longer there. These issues and lack of transparency are what drove me to end the service agreement early. I would not recommend this company. My biggest disappointment with this company was how the separation was handled. After I addressed my dissatisfaction and wanting to part ways amicably as they were not able to deliver what was agreed in the service agreement in a timely manner, I requested that they issue some type of credit to my company or partial refund as I received none of the agreed upon social media output that was prepaid for in the contract. Below is the breakdown that was paid for and not received. 1. 3 social media post per week (No social media post were performed on Facebook or Instagram) 2. Monthly Photography Shoot (No usable photographs that meet the criteria discussed in the on-boarding call) 3. Interacting with Consumers who tag us or mention us in post (No interaction was completed on social media channels) 4. Social Media Photography Research and Graphic Design (Not completed) 5. Monthly Content Calendars (Not delivered) 6. Monthly Reporting (Not delivered) Arielle refused to issue any type of account credit or reasonable refund and instead issued a spurious breakdown of hourly charges for items not referenced in the contract as justification for providing a refund of only $35, when I prepaid over $1200 for the above services that weren’t rendered. She also referenced that I breached the contract for ending the service agreement when they did not deliver many of the agreed upon contractual monthly deliverables on their end. Unfortunately, I was left without any type of usable marketing output for the money that was paid and felt as if this company did not do anything customer service wise to try to resolve the situation. If you do decide to go with this company, I would caution you to receive the agreed upon services prior to issuing them any type of payments.
