Our team greatly enjoyed our experience with 321. They held a very open line of communication and were very responsive to design revisions and requests. Job posting is extremely vague, interviews are in groups. They don’t even specify what EXACTLY it is you are doing during the second interview. Asked them why I should consider taking this job, and they spewed the same “uncapped commission, make 100k in 8 years” that every company does. As close to MLM as you can get and keep it legal. Orlando is RIDDLED with these companies filled with UCF new grads. Apply elsewhere.
