Unfortunately, I had a negative experience and my packages were tampered with as well as missing contents upon arriving to their destinations. I run a small metal company and both of my clients had items that were stolen out of their packages that shipped directly from this location. Also, the owner was out of town and he had a close friend/family member sub in for him that day. He was a welder, he knew I would be coming and he questioned me about the contents of my packages and asked me if I was also a welder. Like he knew I was coming. This was suspicious and reason to believe that I was set up, and the owner of this business and this replacement employee were trying to steal my designs. I frequently shipped from here previous to this incident. The owner was aware of the nature of my business. After a FedEx investigation, this is what makes sense. I would not trust this company and would highly suggest shipping your packages and taking your business elsewhere.

We had an ideal experience shipping 5 very large boxes. They were very patient, thorough, and professional. They even had to build a box for some oddly shaped items. All of our items arrived safely and on time. They were knowledgeable and happy to help use our company FedEx account. Very pleased with the overall experience. Highly recommend using this branch of Postal Annex.

I went in to send a package out of the country. The gentleman working was so kind and even helped me to repackage my items so that I could save money. He was so kind and went above and beyond to help me! I also noticed while I was there that they have so many different boxes and package supplies. Everything you would need to mail something. Along with greeting cards, printing services, etc. They ship from all the major companies ( FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS). I will definitely be using this place for all my package/postal needs in the future!!

The guy at the counter was very rude I had brought a package to be returned via UPS. UPS pride cell phone customer service I don't know how in the world they let someone like this represent their brand.I had asked the gentleman at the counter to use a piece of tape to solidify that the box was shipped. When I had asked him he rolled his eyes and said I can give you a piece of tape. To me I will never recommend this place and if you look for customer service just go straight to the UPS place or USPS place.
