extremely poor communication, they will go months without updating or making changes after they receive their payment. I am 7 months past the due date and my sites still half working. no one in upper management cares to return calls or emails. service was good at first but once paid in full development and communication stopped almost completely i fell like suck a sucker choosing this company.
Update: The company reached out and heard my complaints. There's not a lot they can do to make this right (since most of the work they left undone was finished by me), but at least they listened. They extended our site warranty to help fix any outstanding issues. I'm adjusting my rating to three-stars. Agency Partner built us a pretty website... but it was slow and not technically optimized for SEO. The backend was very buggy, with many "useless" sections in the WordPress dashboard. I am a WordPress developer, but I am also the company's marketing director so we chose to have the site developed by an outside company. I spent approximately 20 hours working on the backend removing useless "features" and optimizing the site to pass the Core Web Vitals. It should've been a huge red flag when the company wouldn't show us the backend before launch. Additionally, when they launched the site they "no-indexed" the entire website! Recently, I sent a ticket to support to fix 404 pages. After getting no response for several days, I went into the site and fixed the error myself. They had the audacity to send me a "we fixed the error" email 24 hours after we fixed the issues ourselves! If you are looking for a well-built site, look elsewhere. This company is only good for pretty site that loads slow and is bogged down with junk.
Agency Partner Interactive has been a great company to work with. Their team has been very responsive and creative in addressing many of our marketing needs as a company. They are extremely courteous and are fantastic with communication too. They go out of their way to make sure whatever you are asking for gets done. I would highly recommend them as we have been very satisfied with our relationship with Agency Partner!
API has gone above and beyond re-designing our site. They are flexible, professional, prompt, and creative. Their customer service is amazing and you can tell they truly care about supporting small businesses through their work. I recommend them to anyone.
AMAZING TEAM!!! API kept me up to date through every stage of my website design and made the thoughts in my head come to life. You can tell they truly care about their clientele. They collaborated so well to create an inviting open office space.
