The people at this company are really kind and sweet people however their business model seems very predatory. They do not provide health or dental coverage, their reasoning for this is that they are a small upcoming business and can not afford to do this for their employees yet they keep expanding. Instead they offer credits that can be cashed in once a month and the amount of money you can receive is based on your sales performance. For those of you who would like to have the reassurance of having healthcare coverage this may not be for you. Additionally, they don't state this outright but you will be doing cold calling call day on your feet and you will only be paid if you make a sale. If you dont, tough luck. The hours were from 9:30am-5/7pm however they would send us to do door to door sales hours away from the office which would turn what should have been an 8 hour work day to a 10+ hour work day. I think the company should reevaluate their hours, compensation and healthcare packages. Hope this helps someone! :)
