Horrible experience with this vendor! We spent over $38k during the course of 8 months and are now having to start from step one with a new CRM, a new CRM implementation team, a new website host, a new website dev team. You name it, he wrecked it. On top of having to pay twice for the job to be done right, we also lost out on sales opportunities worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, while Alex was non-responsive during important marketing campaigns. He works in the evenings only and even on days he promised to be available, crickets. There were times he would pull through and accomplish a very small piece of the puzzle, only to get his bill paid and drop off the map again. Multiple excuses including family drama, deaths in the family, deaths and funerals of friends, storms, you name it. He changes his business name once he screws someone over royally and they leave a bad review. Auden Digital was the prior business name, which then switched to Anticipated Digital. As of today, I see that Anticipated Digital has already closed shop and most likely created a new LLC to start fresh again. Entrepreneurs , don’t fall for it!!
STAY AWAY! While the skill is there in some aspects, it is only used for the purpose of extortion, at least that's how it went for us. Alex Leybovich does not show up to work, does not have a physical location for accountability, breaks everything he touches, creates issues that didn't previously exist so that he can add hours, and attempts to illegally hold hostage of an entire website for extortion to pay for his other personal debts. We will be filing a lawsuit for hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage to our business that occured over the course of 3 months. He will reply here saying that our website services were suspended for non-payment of "invoices", however, when you agree to 40 hours per week and you only show up for 5 on a repeat basis AND you only make more of a mess than you fix, why would we pay?
