I’ve worked on several projects with AuroIN over the years. I’ve always found them to be dependable in fixing problems on my company websites and helping me optimize my site to get more traffic. They communicated well and gave me lots of updates.
They have done an excellent job helping me improve my website and updated my Facebook and Instagram pages.
I must change my reviews on my positive review, which is done at the very beginning of the collaboration where I hold positive and feel like promising. However after 3 months, later on you will find this company is packed as a US company but actually all operation are based in India. The content they eidt are very low quality, and therefore after the 1 year later, we stop the collaboration.
It was really great to work with them because they got to know our organization and our mission. They came in on time and on budget. They are proficient on both sides of the marketing conversation. They are also very well organized and really helped in translating to the Web and how we present ourselves to the public. They’re not just technology experts, they are also branding strategy experts. It’s difficult to find both of those qualities in one firm. We believe that there's a lot of personal attention that we receive, that we wouldn't have received at the other companies we had considered.
We have a very interactive partnership with AuroIN, and have found them to be very flexible in their approach. They have sound knowledge of the digital marketing and web development space. Although they generally take care of content, they are also happy to take suggestions and content direction from us. Initially they took time to understand our requirements and marketing goals, as our industry was new to them, but they now have have a clear understanding of what we expect. At the start of our campaign they deployed a basic structured campaign, but worked with us throughout to tailor our requirements. Inquiries generated from the web as a result of their work has definitely had a positive impact as an additional (an ever increasing) sales channel. We've found that where others give you a "canned' list of deliverables and then walk away, Auroin are happy to scale their services up or down according to seasonal decisions we make. They are very responsive, and provide performance reporting. Our overall experience with AuroIN has been very good.
