Friendly, awesome people who are matter of fact and very easy to deal with. Although I haven't started my campaign with them yet, I will be soon and as an 18 year veteran of Internet marketing, I know that the fee they charge for managing the types of campaigns I'll be running with them will more than be covered by the cost savings I realize because of the increase in results and lowered cost per conversion. If you're considering advertising on Google, increasing your organic search engine exposure, or managing your reputation online, it's definitely worth talking to Advantix. There are a LOT of fly-by-night companies that offer these kinds of services. This company is not one of them. I wasn't dealing only with a sales rep when I went to discuss my goals with them, I was joined by management as well, who seemed genuinely interested in understanding my goals and creating a plan of attack based on them. I was impressed with their knowledge and experience, which I guess I should have expected considering they're one of the highest rated and most certified partners that Google themselves recognize.
The AVX digital team was the bedrock of our global digital execution for a number of years. What I most appreciated was their sound advice, their ability to keep their finger on the pulse of what's happening in our industry and with our competitors, as well as their commitment to making strategy decisions that benefitted the business when we were not looking. Horrible experience with this agency. They wasted thousands of dollars on keywords not related to my business, failed to deliver accurate monthly reports, and my website had better SEO results before they started. I was on page 1 for my most important keyword, and am now on page 3 in a six month period. My account was passed on to 3 or 4 separate reps due to employee turnover and I was constantly reeducating people about my company and goals. My business was better off with Reach Local! Thankfully I only signed a 6 month contract, I don't know if my business could have survived an entire year of Advantix induced set backs.
Advantix has great SEO and SEM departments. Their teams also have great customer service. I've worked with them for a couple of years, and look forward to working with them in the future!
