My employer uses Blueswitch service. Nothing much gets done whenever there's an issue or problem. They come up with a temporary fix after days of back and forth. Then the same problem comes back within weeks or even days. When we report problems, they charge for every single minute that we talk over the phone. It's a win win game for them. Basically, they make more money by doing poor jobs.I would advice anyone who considers using their service to look elsewhere and save themselves from aggravation and loss of productivity at work.
