Brown Box Branding did an amazing job building my website. When I set out to create the site, I researched agencies in both Detroit and Chicago, and contacted several firms based on my findings. The quotes that the other two firms provided were astronomical, and not in my price range, so Brown Box was the obvious choice. Right from the start, the service was excellent, and they did a great job during the discovery process. The team lead, Jeff, really took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking to accomplish with the site. We had several in-depth conversations prior to any of the development, and I believe that made a huge difference and allowed them to create a website that not only exceeds my expectations, but was very affordable. It could be that because they're a newer firm that I was able to get such a great price, but it was a fraction of what the other agencies quoted and I truly believe the final product is just as good, if not better. In terms of support and day-to-day management, the team at Brown Box has been very attentive/responsive. If I have a question or a request, they are very quick to answer those questions or make the necessary changes. As a digital marketing professional myself (I work for a global agency), I can tell you from experience that these guys are top notch. They provide a level of service that you can't find many other places, particularly for the price.

Having worked with other web design firms in the past, working with the team at Brown Box Branding was a breath of fresh air. Other firms made web design seem like a smoke and mirrors act, and my final invoice would always seem to creep higher over the course of the project. With Brown Box, they were clear about what could be done within my budget and stuck to it 100% throughout the entire project. The end result was a beautiful web page, completed on time and on budget! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
