I've been working with Concept marketing since late last fall. It has been a very positive experience. They are creative and passionate about our success. I'm very busy and not easy to work with due to constant distractions... this never fazes them. They continue to pursue excellence and are always there with a smile when I'm ready to engage.

We have been working with Jessica, Adam, and Tony, and even though we are all the way in Michigan, we have not had any problems. Their team is very attentive to detail and we have seen our business grow under their management of our marketing. We would highly recommend concept to any business!
We needed to replace/freshen some existing print ads, same with our trade show booth design, and put together some point of purchase promotional stuff together for some of our partners. Concept Marketing put together a great proposal, and then saw it through! We had a great experience with Ryan and Peter. Really appreciated the face to face time they were willing to spend with me. I had a bad experience working at Concept Marketing in 2020-2021. Not only was the previous owner untrusting of his employees, but he was unprofessional and dishonest. I've heard that there's a new owner now and completely new staff. I wish them all the best; however I would not recommend hiring or working for Concept Marketing based on the culture and turn-over this past year.
Phenomenal team of professionals. From beautiful website design, to quality on hold messaging, to creative marketing campaigns, to social media expertise - there is nothing this group cannot conquer! I have worked with them since 2009, and the customer service has been stellar. My business would be lost with out them!
