The hotel itself is nice enough. Great water pressure and a comfortable bed. However, we paid $275 for a night stay and they told us that our reservation did not come with a complimentary breakfast. They did just add a %20 fee onto our bill for "incidentals" I guess hoping we wouldn't call them on that. Be sure to check your bill closely if you stay here.

Best view and best staff! We got to the hotel one hour earlier and they offered us an upgrade at no extra cost, so we checked in instantly and got a room with a better view! The suite had a huge window in front of the bed facing the space needle. Super quiet as well. Exceptional customer service. It was our third stay there and we are definitely keep going back.

This is a seriously renovated brand new Crown Plaza in the middle of downtown Seattle. The lobby feels nice, cozy and elegant. We booked a suite with spacious living room and amazing view to Space Needle. Great water refills options in lobby (cucumber flavored). Because of our diamond status, we got complimentary breakfast. They have both buffet and menu options in the dining area called Elevation. The meal was fantastic with tons of options like smoke salmon with onion, which is my favorite. The staff was super friendly and even brought me my purse when we left and forgot to take it :p The only negative part of the experience is that the shower drain was very slow in the bathroom. I’m sure it’s an easy fix though.

The room itself was decent, but the walls were very thin so any noises made in the neighboring rooms could be heard. The worst part of our stay was when we arrived. There's not much parking in front of the hotel so when we parked we were told to unload our car and give our keys to the valet. We asked if we could park ourselves and we were told no. Once we got to our room we looked online and found the parking was about $63/night (about three times the rate of nearby garages). When we told the front desk person (Brian) that we felt tricked into using valet he just defended the process instead of listening and trying to understand it from our point of view.

AVOID Prepaid for room. Got told on arrival that rooms were ‘tight’ We were given an accessible room - no idea what would have happened if someone else actually needed this room. We arrived fairly late into Seattle. No room service or restaurant service available. Most places nearby had closed - ended up spending a small fortune on Uber eats. Hotel is not easiest to find in the dark on arrival as they were undergoing works. No offer of help with luggage, introduction to amenities. Rooms are very tired - bathroom is in need of a major update. TV is temperamental. Downtown location good if you are here for a short time only. Walking distance to Pikes Place. Hotel on top of hill so get ready for workout! Stay elsewhere, for the price this hotel has little to offer.
