    I’m a small business owner who chose Design in DC to build me an e-commerce website. They quoted me a very fair price for my project as compared to the other firms I was considering. Design in DC was very attentive in understanding my vision and understood that I needed to rely on them for many design features. They also suggested a new logo for me that I feel is much better. The discovery phase of planning the site was very thorough with weekly updates and meetings where I was able to meet the team. Communication was frequent and prompt. This communication was continued throughout the development phase and their suggestions along the way were welcomed. Design in DC was also very good about adjusting a couple small things after completion with no additional charge. The delivery date was about two months later than the contractual anticipated completion date, which is the reason for my less than perfect review. Overall, I would recommend considering Design in DC and I am happy to continue working with them.

They also were realistic with their pricing and did not price gouge on the cost of discovery as many seemed to do as a searched far and wide for a company to work with. They seemed legit in their interest and investment in my project and I was paired with a project manager that came with quality industry insights and suggestions. They will take all the information you provide and bring the project alive while making sure you are aware of the pitfalls and possible improvements you might have not seen.
