My predecessor selected Efelle as the web host for our company. Unfortunately, I do not have any pros to share about my experience with them thus far. My greatest cons include: (1) inability to contact live agents via phone and/or e-mail after several attempts; and (2) the platform is archaic and incredibly difficult to navigate on the back end, even for someone like me with years of coding and software experience. I look forward to discontinuing the contract with them as soon as possible and would not recommend Efelle to friends or foes. In response to the owner: This is NOT a fake review. Just because it’s the first review, does not mean it is fake. Additionally, I called the number in your message 3 times today alone and e-mailed your team 7 times within the past few weeks. There has been no response to either.
We have used Efelle for our website for three years now and they have been great at creating a website that fits all of our needs. Our website requires a lot of content and imagery and Efelle has been able to work with us to create a site that is easy for the customer to use and also has quick loading times. Anytime we have had an issue or a question, the response time and customer support has been on top of handling our needs.
The Efelle team has been a pleasure to work with. The designs are sharp and communicate our brand effectively. Equally as important, the communication with Marc has been excellent. They run fast and don't compromise on quality. Can't go wrong here.
Efelle is something special. I hired them to design my web page in 2016 and they did a fantastic job. I've hosted with them since then, but had a technical issue (on my side) in January that was complicated and involved some business-impactful issues. Fred (the founder and CEO) was willing personally got involved to make sure my business was up and running and made everything ok. This is a person (and his is a team), that _cares_ about their clients. Their artists and designers are great and I strongly recommend them -- the right partner for you and your team. For the company I work, I needed to source a web company that could be able to provide a robust website that could support our sales process. Since the beginning, I was provided amazing service by Efelle, specially by Christian Singleton, who was kind enough to answer each one of my questions. We had several meetings where he made a conscious effort to understand our company's needs and be able to provide a solution that made sense for us. This company is not only super professional, and responsive, but also has great products and you can learn that from the get go.
