Had a website built last year. the process took over 3 months. it was frustrating but not terrible. since I have had the website online, I have had nothing but constant issues. I have used 3 website management companies, and 3 different hosting platforms to try and keep the website running smoothly and it has nothing but problems. I massively regret spending $15,000 with this company to get a website that rarely works smooth. for $15,000 you should have confidence in your website, not breaking almost daily. this company is dated for using WordPress, and wildly overpriced. I wish I would’ve done more research before I pulled the trigger. super unsatisfied and with i could get my money back.
They have done a great job creating content for our company. All of our interactions with them have been friendly and professional. They were always willing to go the extra mile and dedicated to meeting our needs. Epic is a fantastic agency to work with and they have a great staff full of talented people who are experts in their craft.
Epic Marketing is helping our nonprofit agency develop a new website and informational video. The cost is reasonable and the website is on time and ready to launch. It is just what we had hoped for. Epic treats us like a big customer. They have been extremely pleasant to work with, are very responsive and have made a great effort to grasp the true feel of our organization. Our website was patiently and insightfully tailored to meet our every need. Epic understands the sensitive and compelling nature of our work. I have a feeling we will miss interacting with them when the project is complete.
Epic Marketing has been a pleasure to work with! We are getting excellent results from their marketing products. I have found that everyone I have dealt with at Epic has been innovative, competent, and personable. I also appreciate their accountability through easy to understand reporting. In the past we have not have good experiences with other marketing companies. It feels as though you are paying the bill each month and receiving nothing in return. This is not the case with Epic! I receive monthly update reports, prompt responses to my emails and phone calls, and other follow up to help me optimize my business marketing and answer my questions. Epic also helps in many other ways that I need such as graphic design, web programming, and printing. I would recommend Epic marketing to anyone interested in moving their business to the next level in marketing!
