My kids love the LCD screen video promo type thing they sent in the mail! it’s like their own special iPad- my kids think they are business owners. All our employees got the hugest kick out of it as well. We were all mind blown…literally mind blown. None of us can figure out what on earth this company is selling but hats off to them if it’s working. Probably going to get called now by them but just a heads up- as a business owner, I don’t have time for a company that can’t even explain what they do, even with a 5 minute video and a full book brochure. I asked my 9 year old what they do, ‘their grow team, they’re trying to help people grow’ probably not too far off…I guess. Update: it ran out of battery, thankfully there is a usb-c charging port. You guys rock!

Received a box from these guys a few weeks back. Waste of shipping box and money honestly. We, even as a small business, are not interested at all. Which is why we did not contact them. Today I ended up receiving two calls from them! The first person was rude when I asked why they were calling, and when I told them I was one of the people they asked for, their whole tune changed and they began this whole spiel about how they started and what they do and blah blah. As a small business owner, my time is valuable. I don't have time to listen to a sales pitch, especially when I cannot afford their services (which I see now are basically just another drop shipping service). When I finally got a word in edge wise I asked point blank "is this something we would have to pay for". I got a "No no, this call is totally free" but then asked again. "Is the end product/service something we would have to pay for?" Thats when the first guy snapped at me, then hung up. Another person called this time, just asking for the other owner. When I said she isnt here, and asked whos calling, they wouldn't tell me their business. Finally got it out of them and explained to him how rude his coworker was. I explained I don't have time to spend listening to a sales pitch for something I likely won't have money/want to do. I asked again, "Is this a service we would have to pay for" Finally got a "Yes" out of him. I told him we cant afford/do not want to pay for such services, and that it would be a waste of both our times to continue this conversation. I then hung up. He called back again to ask why I was being rude and why I wouldn't just let him talk to the other owner. I explained I am the owner who deals with IT and the website, so she wouldn't even be the one to talk to. And she has had this day planned off for weeks so she wasn't planning on talking to him either. Dominic was one of their names, not sure on the other. These guys gotta work on their advertising strategies, and not waste small business time with their cold calls. If you send out a huge package with E-waste and don't hear back from a company, then they obviously don't want your product/service! And apparently the other owner tried to tell them we were not interested and they still "Scheduled a call" with us. Overall, wouldn't use their service if they paid ME.

I hate leaving bad reviews but you guys deserve it. No matter how many times you tell them no, they keep calling and sending mail. That's not even the worse part though. They are extremely rude on the phone. They will belittle anybody who answers the call unless it is the owner. Never dealt with such rude behavior from people who want you to work with them.

DO NOT USE THEM 0-STARS. They try to get in touch with decision makers at companies by using false information to elicit a response. As an example, they'll say "Did X receive the package we sent them". Can't market their own business properly or ethically, you should expect them to treat your company the same.

I have been in a partnership with Grow Team for about 11 months now. As a business owner I put a high value on successful relationships and that is what I have found with Grow Team. Since taking over my online marketing campaign, I have seen increases all across the board. My sales have increased as well as my organic traffic. Since starting with Grow Team my organic traffic has increased over 80% and my online sales have followed suite. My first page rankings have increased by 55% in the past 6 months and they continue to increase month over month. The account manager in charge of my SEO campaign communicates with me regularly and is always actively working on my account to continue increasing my numbers. With Grow Team I have found a long lasting partner who puts my online marketing needs first, which has resulted in a positive increase in my business. I am very thankful to be working with Grow Team and I would recommend them to any business owner.
