I hate to be the bearer of bad news but HawkSEM failed miserably in what they promote and promise clients. Was with them for 5 months. They were very adamant about a positive ROI that would be generated. That sold me as well as what others reviewed about them. However, from the very get go, things went negative. They blamed things on the setup that was established before they took over. As I kept decreasing in PPC with their efforts, they kept promising they would fix it and to give them more time. My business never got back to where we were before they took over. I didn’t give them a 1 star because they were willing to meet and discuss the issues and problems. However, they weren’t skilled and didn’t do enough to even get the business back to where we were before being in HawkSEM. It was frustrating that they wouldn’t do what I suggested that got the business in the black. Just a bunch of empty promises nothing to show except a massive negative ROI from the very first month.
I have been so happy with Hawk SEM. I have used several ad agencies in the past and none of them did what they said they would do. Hawk SEM is actually proactive in making changes/updates to my ad accounts. My overall profitability has risen month after month and new ideas are being implemented all the time. I would 100% recommend others use this service!
