I joined Power Technology, Inc as their Marketing Manager in 2016 looking to strengthen their marketing efforts. Unfortunately I quickly discovered their website was not mobile responsive, fully flushed out with content, contained blank pages, had over-sized images, and lacked creativity. So I contacted their current agency, ISM to talk to the account manager only to discover the company was paying for site maintenance yet it the Magento platform wasn't updated... Once I tried to cancel the contract, the account manager at ISM became very hostile and rude to me over the phone. They did not want to provide assistance for getting a backup of the site. They were trying to over charge for everything they could think of. I would not recommend using them, because their ability to deal with customer service is not very professional.
