Our law firm selected Just Digital after a thorough search for web design firms, having seen great work in their portfolio. This decision was of particularly high importance to us since we were just launching the firm (May of 2024) and were keen on coming out of the gate with the right messaging and presence. At the outset of the process, the Just Digital team processed our goals and aesthetic quite nicely -- they heard us. As the site was being built, and our vision evolved, JD made adjustments in a highly creative fashion, pushing and elevating the design beyond our ability to articulate what we might want. We met Just Digital at a conference and called to set up an appointment. We were really impressed with what they had to offer we decided to make the investment in getting our new site. Our current site at the time had A LOT of information, services and wasn’t really user friendly. We are a medical spa practice and it was always difficult for us to strike a good balance between user experience, information and before/after images. We were always very word-heavy on our site. Tanya and the team really took on this project and made it a huge success. We are thrilled with our rebranding of our site, logo, colors -everything. If you're looking for a marketing experience that's almost completely hands-off, Just Digital is place to do it. After some initial setup, my personalized team managed everything from website building, social media for my business, email marketing campaigns, monthly blog posts, and continuous SEO improvements. All I have to do is sit back and make sure the marketing continues to go in directions I approve. The time of a business owner is precious and Just Digital gives me all the benefits of marketing with minimal demands on my own time in a simple and efficient manner. Just Digital did a GREAT job on my website. They guided me from start to finish. They had great design ideas and added their own amazing copy. They were patient with all my revisions, especially Emily Olsen! They worked with me until it was perfect. I highly recommend them!
It became clear to me very quickly that the employees at Just Digital knows their stuff and practice what they preach. They know the industry well and have become a critical resource to help me get my own business up and running. As an added bonus, they are really quite personable.
