BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE. OWNER IS PREJUDICE AND PREDATORY ON SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS. HIS RESPONSE TO MY COMMENT WILL REFLECT HOW HE GASLIGHTS SITUATINS AND IS DISHONEST. I have a recorded conversation with the owner, Rich, trying to extort me for money on my website that I already paid for. I no longer want to utilize them for hosting and because of that he now wants to CHARGE me more money than contracted for my web page. There's nothing in a write up or contract that states I am in debt to him for any more money or obliged to use him for hosting or marketing services. AGAIN, I have him explaining to me how he is going to charge me MORE because I wish to stop doing business with him. He's a liar, he's very very very very prejudice, possibly racist as I am a small black business owner and every comment he made to me was very biased based. Now he's going to hold my website for ransom and remove from public eye. I'm getting things in order to protect myself and others but do NOT use him AT ALL. FYI, other business owners within the past year have had same experiences with him where he is predatory on billing practices and doesn't comply with what the client requests. RICH DEGAN is not to be trusted and Main Street Media 360 is NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Do your research and shop around!!! He's a culprit that has no people skills and again is VERY PREJUDICE!
