Our experience with Metric Theory was mixed. They did a great job making our adwords more specific and thus lower costs per click but set up many campaigns with the wrong landing pages, ad copy and limited keywords that all had to be redone. This has caused months of extra work for us. Unfortunately, we do not recommend them.
