We hired Neff for our re-branding and new website design. We are discerning clients due to the fact we are also in the design industry. Neff was patient, accommodating, and flexible. The work they produced for us was innovative and impressive and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them.
They slack on creativity and are slow to advertise, as well as posting social media. Giant waste of money, imo. They just duplicate the same posts across each platform. They almost never come out to take photos and they rely on us, the customers, to send them photos to use... I hope we don't sign a new contract with them.
