Over priced and terrible experience with Olly Olly "running" my business website. This company will promise a lot of success and will under deliver. Olly Olly was paid for creating my website in which I was somewhat pleased with. Olly Olly was to run my social media, Facebook, instagram. Ads from all platforms and SEO. This company has not achieved any such thing in the past 6 months. They in turn have been charging me $650 a month for these services. I have refused to pay for services I am not receiving. Olly Olly decides to Block my website (My domain) And include only an Accounts receivable phone number to call with their logo. Keep in mind I originally had a website with the same domain. Now as I operate my business they will not release my website because they have "ownership" of my website which I've spent a lot of money on with Olly Olly. My customer's will now see this on my website when going to research us. They will not fix this issue and will not try to resolve the issue until the weekend is over. How much in damages do you think that creates for a small business owner? How many potential clients have viewed or seen this? How much lost revenue or lost prospective business? I can promise you not one single dollar invested into this companies services has been returned in business received from customers. I HIGHLY recommend staying very far away from this company. Absolutely disgusted on how this business operates and extremely disappointed.
