Patrick did a good job and I enjoyed working with him. There were some hiccups and the process was not seamless, but I suspect that was not his fault. He followed up with me during the evening hours and the next day, which was very refreshing. He was a good steward for Verizon. On a related note, our family switched from Verizon to AT&T at a Sam’s Club a couple of years ago. We are happy to be back at Verizon.
The work environment here is very cheerful. Everyone here is high spirited and respectful towards each other. The manager, Shelby is truly a transformational leader. She will guide you, motivate you and believe in you. You have to work hard but it is rewarding. Overall, a great company.
Amy and Linda stopped by my house unannounced representing Verizon. Obviously I was apprehensive at first not knowing who or why they were here. Their smile and upbeat attitude caught my attention and enabled me to listen to the opportunity they had to offer. They listened to my objections, understood my concerns, and professionly presented their offer that I was unable to accept at the time. It warmed my heart to experience the hard work and dedication that these two expressed on behalf of the company that they believed in.
Amazing workplace culture, honestly I grown more in this job opportunity than anything I’ve done before. Lots of great networking opportunities meeting very driven individuals across the nation and I’ve learned a lot about my own personal and financial growth since my time here.
Patrick was knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire time of explaining our options with our new internet plan! Highly recommend.!
