Working with Keith has been great so far. We started working with Rank Me Locally right before the pandemic hit, and it’s helped us get some leads even in this very difficult time to find work. We definitely rank higher on Google than before with the keywords for our industry. Keith is very detail oriented and attentive - we’ve had several phone calls with him and he’s got a great no nonsense approach. Overall the team has been great with communication and they’ve really helped our rankings.
I wish I could give zero stars. I was very hesitant to use this company because of so many bad reviews, but after continued persistence by the sales person Nathan, I opted to give them a shot. They were fine the first month and a half, then proceeded to send proprietary information of mine to a past client of theirs that was disgruntled, deleted my clients Google analytics accounts without their permission because they had access for reporting purposes, I paid extra for landing pages which were the pages given to them originally, messed up the formatting of websites, and much more... then well over a week ago my contact had a death in the family which I was very understanding about. He assured me his team would be there in his absence. I have sent more messages than I can even count at this point, reaching out to management, reaching out to Nathan, and calling the phone number nonstop which just automatically hangs up on you. Meanwhile we were less than halfway through the month and they owe me not only service but a large refund. Please DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
Erwin Thomas and Rank Me Locally has been wonderful to work with! We've been working with them for several months now and have already seen results from their work. stay away. this company is a scam. Did nothing to fix SEO, Nathan is just a salesmen trying to fill a quota.He can't be reached once he closes the sale. Stay away and save your time and money As an update, I was contacted by Borack, he asked if I remove my no so good review he would give me my money back. I responded back by requesting him to apply the credit and then I would update the review. Never heard back from him. not so trustworthy.
Stay away ! Scam ! I was promised a million things on the phone for my business and once the deal is closed and they have your money, the project is passed onto someone internationally. They use cheap templates to create websites, and don't give you what you were promised. Bad communication, incomplete work, not done in a timely manner. Had to file a claim with my bank. Find a real company, don't throw it away to this scam.
