Splendor delivers amazingly intuitive websites and other high quality artwork for print or digital uses. They are my go-to firm for all of my graphic design needs. They take the time to understand their clients needs and will put in the effort to make sure their clients are satisfied with the final results. I have partnered with Splendor Design Group on several projects starting as early as 2004. On each of the engagements, I found that Splendor was a great partner to work with through all aspects of our project. Whether I was working with Splendor on one of their clients, or Splendor was working with me on one of mine, the quality and professionalism that I observed was excellent throughout the entire engagements.
We chose to work with Adam Taylor and his team at Splendor Design Group. Adam and I have known each other for a few decades and I know his team always do solid work. He's got a rock star development and UX team and built in some very cool functionality for our site. Our prior site worked well and remained relative unchanged for almost 7 years. But like all things, it wasn't good enough anymore and didn't reflect 100% who we'd become. No matter how many leads it was generating on a daily basis, I knew it could be better. Complacency kills lots of businesses, and we were so busy, complacency was easy. But change is hard, and admittedly we were avoiding the task. Which is also why we needed to partner with someone to see it through. Adam and his team were great to work with, and hold us accountable, also. Couldn't ask for better partners. So stoked with how it turned out, and we're seeing much better conversions and the site is generating on average about 30 leads per week organically, unpaid. These initiatives are always a labor of love, for sure. I'm glad we actually decided to collaborate with an outside agency to assist in bring the vision to life. We also wanted a different, outsider perspective on how to best tell our story of who we were. If you're looking for a solid team, who kill it not only on design BUT strategy, these are the folks to use. So rare to see that. Special shoutout to Alexa who was our rock-star project manager.
