Tether Media was excellent to work with. They helped me rebrand my business with a new logo, marketing materials and created a better and more appealing website. They were so professional and easy to communicate with.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! I paid $185 for a service and they did not deliver. When I confronted them about it they tried to up sell me on other services at outrageous prices. You cannot get them on the phone. They will only speak to you through email. When I asked for a refund they gave me an excuse that their product was in "beta testing" and therefore they were justified in keeping my payment. Any business that does not offer a refund on a product that is not working or is unusable is stealing! STEER CLEAR!
Great experience with Tether Media. I had a mission statement and a random idea of what I wanted our logo to look like. Their team brought it into reality within two tries! It was a delight working through the creative process. I highly recommend Tether Media for all your business needs!
