Winger was working with major hospitals, law firms, non-profits, and international expositions. Karolyn Raphael joined the firm in 1997 and became Vice-president in 2004. In 2006, Karolyn became President and Owner after she and her husband, Lance, purchased the company from Sherry and Doug Winger.
