One of the most unprofessional, slow and inefficient group ever. There are plenty of better facilities around the places. When it comes to the payment, not only they are slow, but do not understand the system to make it efficient in both ends. And I assume with the age of the people who are running the facility, they are not willing to upgrade & make the system to work by sending a payment to the wrong address, and blame it on the participant. (which I gave them a correct information, and they are the one who messed up the address) This place is definitely NOT worth the professionalism or your time.
I have gone here two times now for market research and they are very friendly and welcoming and pay is on time without any problems or issues. Definitely recommend!
I have done lots of studies with them and the staff are great but payment seems to be an issue with them. They used to pay you in cash but these days they want you to wait 2 weeks or longer for payment. And this last study didn't seem worth my time driving 30 minutes away from my house to go out to Mason for $40 that I still haven't gotten and they won't let you pick up the checks. It's been 3 weeks now. Anyway, as long as you are not dependent on your payment then this is the place to go. At least they let you know immediately if you qualify unlike other study places.
Had a great experience doing study. I everyone was so helpful and nice. Was paid fast and would love to do more studies!!
The space was cleN and inviting. Testing the product was enjoyable.
