The design provided for the amount paid to this man was insulting. It looked like it was done by a child. It’s a joke that he received any money for his efforts. To make matters worse, he insulted other employees of the company when his design was questioned and not used. Unprofessional is an under statement. Talking to anyone that way is unacceptable and with how horrible the design was, he should have been apologizing not belittling.
