Jim Williams at the White Bear Lake Same Club location was awesome right from the beginning! Had NO intention of getting a new phone that day. In fact we were all done shopping and was on pur way up to get checked out. When he called us over by asking who our carrier was. It wasn't AT&T having said that he said he KNEW he could save us money! He was right AND we got newer/better phones that's a WIN WIN! Hes very knowledgeable, friendly and pretty funny too! There's no way I can recommend him highly enough! Whole process was amazing because of him! Thank you Jim! For the amazing phones and amazing experience!
Please communicate to Joshua that he needs to stop calling me and leaving me messages. I don't want ro work for this company and he has called me so many times! His approach is terrible and he doesn't even have a number to call back. Also, I tried calling your company many times and have left messages. He calls from a blocked number which is stupid! I will consider this harassment from here on out.
Bailey was great at helping us transition our phone plans and upgrade to the newest iPhone for myself and daughter. She was informative and thorough and explained tech details in an easy-to-understand manner that was greatly appreciated! The thing that amazed me most about my experience with Bailey’s help was her outstanding ability to be professional and personable throughout the entire process-even while waiting for internet connection and password changes—she was great!
No communication skills! I was hired and then they ghosted me. I went thru the interview process with Destiny. It went great. We really connected. I got the "you're hired" call from Chase and to expect my new hire email confirmation that night or the next day. He told me to expect to start the following Monday. I quit my job and bought a new wardrobe for this new position. A few days went by and I never received the email. I then reached out to Victoria in HR, nothing back. In the mean time I emailed Destiny. I finally got a response 2 weeks later. She apologized for the "lack of communication" and said she would call me that day. She never called. I have emailed, called and text the 3 people that I had contact information for. It's now been over a month. Normally I would not write on the company website but who does this? What company treats new employees with such disregard. What they did was cruel and unkind. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else.
I'm a newer part of the team at Integra, just over a month working here. I've never worked in sales before and was unsure of what to expect. I'm really glad I took the leap of faith and did a field change. The leadership at Integra is always willing to help you out and I've felt supported every step of the way. I know I still have more to learn, but management is great at creating new leaders and it feels like quick promotion is an attainable goal.
