What is ReportGarden doing to comply with GDPR?
ReportGarden is 100% committed to your Data Privacy. We’ve thoroughly researched the areas of our product and our business impacted by GDPR and taken the following measures to be GDPR Compliant.
Access & Rectification
A user can add or make changes to her/his personal information from the ReportGarden App. S(he) can request for a detailed report of the stored personal data.
Erasure of Data
If a user wishes to erase their data, there’s a way this request can also be processed. By doing so, the account with ReportGarden will also get deleted.
Data Portability
A user can request to migrate data from ReportGarden to other vendors. Users can always export the personal data in machine readable formats like CSV.
Security
As Digital Marketing Agencies rely heavily on data, they ought to have confidence in the capability and security of ReportGarden. We apply best practices for platform security so our customers don’t have to worry about the safety of their data.

Migration of Data
A user can exercise their Right to Erasure at any time. Since a user links her/his business account to ReportGarden, therefore, the requesting user will be required to migrate the linked business accounts to a team member.

As a ReportGarden customer, what do you need to do?
1) Make sure your Terms of Service or Privacy Policy properly communicate to your users how you are using ReportGarden (and any other similar services) on your website or app. This requirement is laid down by GDPR for all the data controllers. We recommend you to ensure your policies are up to date and clear to your readers.
2) If any of your customers request you for their data subject rights, you can contact us and we’d be happy to honour your request within a reasonable number of business days.
3) If you use Client portal to engage with your customers and/or add the custom domain, you are the controller for what gets shared with your customer using the client portal. Please use it responsibly and educate your customer on how you are sharing, using and protecting their data.

ReportGarden applies security best practices and manages platform security so that you can focus on other important things. We invest heavily in securing infrastructure with expert engineers dedicated to security and privacy distributed across all of ReportGarden.
