Introducing ReportGarden’s integration with Twilio
We now added Twilio into our list of integrations. With the help of this integration, you can now get customized Twilio Reports such as the average time spent on the calls and the number of messages sent in a certain period of time. At the development end, Twilio has recently added Python and Ruby helper libraries.
Link your Twilio account with ReportGarden:
1) Login to your ReportGarden Account, go to Accounts tab.
2) On the right top corner, you will see Link Account button. Click on it, you will get this screen:
3) Click on Twilio. You will be asked to enter your Twilio login details.
4) That’s it, you are done. You just saved a huge amount of time on reporting. Now, you can start generating reports.
